How much does it cost?

All classes have a FREE trial then pay a membership fee and a monthly  subscription. No waiting lists and no need to remember to unroll every half term, and more importantly, no one missing out!

What do you wear?

ON your first trial session, please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. We recommend wearing layers as the gym can get hot and cold however you will get warm during the class! Jewellery must be removed and we ask that long hair is tied up in a plait or bun. Once you have paid your membership you will be given your club training kit and this should be worn for each session. Club kit is included in the membership fee.

What should my child bring?

A bottle of water with a secure lid! Please don't bring phone or valuables to the gym. (Phones are allowed for medical reasons, please let us know in advance).

Can I stay?

No, parents do not stay for the session. Pre-school parents may stay in the reception and watch the session on the TV for their trial session.

Is there parking?

Yes, the industrial estate has FREE parking, and we are close to the entrance doors.  Prams and car seats are welcome at the gym and prams must be left in the reception area.
